 Wellness coaching is a holistic and client-centred approach that focuses on enhancing an individual's overall well-being.  


 Wellness coaching offers a wide range of benefits, including:

  1. Helping individuals set and attain health and wellness goals.
  2. Supporting positive lifestyle changes and sustainable habits.
  3. Provides tools and strategies for managing stress and enhancing resilience.

Wellness coaching sessions can vary in length, but typically last between 30 minutes to an hour. The frequency of sessions can also vary depending on the needs of the client. 


LifeSHIFT method or program sessions are highly effective and address issues related to important aspects of our lives: relationships, careers and health.


It requires participants to trust in the process and give the program time to find the root cause of the issue. Without a doubt, participants who follow the program's guidance get maximum benefits and see their lives become full of happiness, positivity and great relationships.  


Affirmations are positive statements that help to overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts. When they are repeated regularly with complete trust, they have the potential to turn the life wheel in a positive direction.
